Privacy policy

This policy explains what information M365Ops Toolkit ("the service", "we") collects, how it is used and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address, display name and preferences such as time zone, currency and theme.
• Content you save: scripts, troubleshooting sessions and reports you choose to save in your workspace.
• Usage records: which tools you use and when, so we can apply plan allowances and keep the service reliable.
• Billing information: if you purchase a paid plan, payment is handled by our payment provider. We receive subscription status and billing period details, never full card numbers.
• Messages: information you send through the contact form.

How information is processed

• AI troubleshooting and script generation: the text you submit is sent to a third-party AI model provider to generate a response. By default, email addresses, GUIDs, IP addresses and tenant domain names are redacted from logs before they are sent. Do not submit passwords, secrets or other sensitive data.
• CSV analysis: uploaded files are processed in memory to produce the analysis and are not stored. Only the summary you choose to save is kept.
• No tenant access: the service does not connect to your Microsoft 365 tenant.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain and secure the service.
• To apply plan entitlements and usage limits.
• To respond to your messages and support requests.
• To process payments for paid plans.

We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and security

Saved items are private to your account and protected by access controls. Administrative actions are recorded in audit logs.

Cookies and local storage

The service uses essential browser storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as your theme. We do not use advertising cookies.

Retention and deletion

You can delete saved items at any time. You can delete your account from Settings → Account, which removes your profile and saved content. Billing records may be retained where required for accounting or legal purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal information. Contact us to make a request.
