Terms of service

These terms govern your use of M365Ops Toolkit ("the service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access other users' data or bypass usage limits.
• Do not submit passwords, secrets or data you are not authorized to share.
• Do not use the service to build or run malicious scripts.
• Do not interfere with the security or availability of the service.

Guidance, scripts and AI output

The service provides guidance, script templates and analysis. You are responsible for reviewing and testing anything before you run it in your environment. Scripts are reviewed for syntax and cmdlet usage but are not executed against a live tenant by the service. AI-generated content can be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed by a qualified administrator. The service never executes commands in your environment.

Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current period. Prices and plan contents may change for future billing periods; changes do not affect a period you have already paid for. Usage allowances reset each calendar month (UTC).

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you save. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process it to provide the service.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features marked as planned are not part of the service until they are released.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses resulting from running scripts or following guidance without appropriate review and testing.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

M365Ops Toolkit is not affiliated with Microsoft. Microsoft 365 and related product names are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies.
